1. Final Sale Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene requirements, all purchases are considered final where permitted by applicable law.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect product selection
- Size or fit issues
This applies to all products, including items that are unopened, sealed, or unused.

2. Order Changes and Cancellations
Before Shipping
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but all changes are subject to order processing status.
- A cancellation fee of up to 30% may apply to cover processing and handling
- Shipping fees will be refunded if the order has not yet been shipped
After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open or use the product to remain eligible for resolution.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the unopened package and the item received
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement and provide return instructions.
4. Faulty or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products and will address genuine defects promptly.
Before Reporting
Please ensure:
- The device is fully charged
- All components are correctly assembled
- The product is used according to instructions
Reporting a Fault
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
Examples include:
- Physical damage upon arrival
- Product not functioning during first use
Resolution
If a defect is confirmed, we will offer:
- A replacement of the same item, or
- Store credit equal to the purchase value
Refunds are generally not provided for defective items.
5. Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order becomes unavailable:
- We will contact you with an alternative option
- If no response is received within 48 hours, a follow up will be sent
- If there is still no response after another 48 hours, the unavailable item will be refunded automatically
The remaining items will be shipped as planned.
If the unavailable item was a free gift, a discount code will be issued instead.
6. Customs and Import Regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their orders comply with local laws and regulations regarding adult products.
Male Toy Hub is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Import duties or taxes
- Seizures, inspections, or confiscation
If a package is seized or destroyed due to local regulations, refunds or replacements will not be provided.
If a package is returned to us in resellable condition, a refund may be issued excluding shipping and handling fees.
7. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no indication of the contents or branding on the outside of the parcel.
Your privacy is fully protected throughout the shipping process.
