Please review product details carefully before purchasing. Exchanges based on personal preference, sizing, or subjective taste are not accepted.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Returns may be available for verified manufacturing defects or other circumstances required by law.

6. Faulty Product Resolution
If you believe a product is faulty, please:
- Confirm batteries are correctly installed and fully charged (if applicable).
- Review the usage instructions included with the product.
If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos demonstrating the fault (if possible)
We may request the product be returned for inspection. If the fault is confirmed, a replacement of the same model will be provided. If unavailable, a store credit of equal value will be issued.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us promptly with your order number.
- A cancellation fee of up to 30% may apply to cover processing costs.
- Shipping fees will be refunded if the order has not yet shipped.
Once an order is dispatched or in transit, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
8. Product Warranty
Products are covered by a 31-day warranty from the date of purchase, unless a longer manufacturer warranty applies.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage (unless explicitly stated as waterproof)
If a product cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model, a comparable product or store credit may be offered at our discretion. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.
